Exhibitor Registration 

All exhibitor registrations include:

  • Dimension of one (1) 8ft x 8ft exhibit space
  • 1 complementry registration
  • Two (2) Chairs
  • Draped booth with black spandex
  • 1 Standard Electrical Outlet

Looking to book more than 1 booth? Please be sure that multiple booth tables are selected from the dropdown. 

Please note exhibitor participants receive one (1) complimentary registration with the purchase of a booth.  All other delegates attending the Symposium are required to register for the event separate from the booth registration.

Please note, the OGCA does not provide booths or banners. Tables will only be given to exhibitors that have purchased a table.

OGCA is not responsible for transportation, set up, take down or storing your booth.

Exhibitors are liable for all personal and corporate belongings.  The exhibit area will not be patrolled during evening hours.  Exhibitors are advised to remove any valuables, and store them in a safe place.

The OGCA is not responsible for any professional or giveaway items.*

All displays, will be set up in the The Courts ONLY. Displays can, and should remain up throughout the entire event.  

Blue Mountain does not accept any hanging signage from the ceilings or walls.

Exhibitor Exclusions

Exhibitor fees do not include:

  • Insurance coverage for exhibit material and equipment
  • Additional booth furnishings
  • Extra electrical requirements

Tradeshow Shipping Information

Getting your items to and from Blue Mountain is crucial; whether it be booth, promotional material or swag items for delegates. To ensure that your items are received in a timely manner, Blue Mountain has you covered to ensure your items arrive on time and in the right place.

Shipping Information

The OGCA is not responsible for the transportation, set up, take down or storing your booth at the Blue Mountain Conference Centre.*

If you wish to ship belongs to the Blue Mountain Conference Centre, please complete the Shipping Form, and include it with your shipping goods.


Setup & Take Down

Exhibitors are asked to ensure booths are setup on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (All vendors must be setup by 5:00 p.m.)

Following the Symposium, exhibitors will be allotted time on Saturday, April 13, 2024 between 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., to dismantle their booths.
