The Osler Values awards are given to an Osler colleague or a team who consistently live out our Osler values in all that they do. The Osler Values – Collaboration Award will be awarded to a colleague or team who goes beyond to get stronger together at Osler. Whether providing exemplary patient care or engaging teammates this award recipient does so by being open-minded and supportive and also having the courage to seek out others' perspectives. They work to create an environment that demonstrates a commitment to work together across boundaries as one team and actively partnering with others to create better outcomes while continuing to develop lasting relationships within our community.
