The Osler Values awards are given to an Osler colleague or a team who consistently live out our Osler values in all that they do. The Osler Values – Compassion Award will be awarded to a colleague or team who goes beyond to care for each other at Osler. Whether providing exemplary patient care or engaging teammates this award recipient does so by taking care of oneself so as to be strong and resilient for others or taking care of everyone with empathy and compassion. They work to create an environment that demonstrates a commitment to be kind and to help others and always consider the unique needs of others in the pursuit of health and well-being.

Who can be nominated? All Staff, Clinicians and Volunteers
Award: Plaque + Monetary $500.00
