The Osler Values awards are given to an Osler colleague or a team who consistently live out our Osler values in all that they do. The Osler Values – Innovation Award will be awarded to a colleague or team who goes beyond to embrace curiosity and embrace creativity at Osler. Whether providing exemplary patient care or engaging teammates this award recipient does so by embracing challenges in order to improve while being creative and practical as well. They work to create an environment that demonstrates a commitment to pursue new ideas and better ways of working and strives to learn from mistakes and celebrate achievements.
