The Osler Values awards are given to an Osler colleague or a team who consistently live out our Osler values in all that they do. The Osler Values – Excellence Award will be awarded to a colleague or team who goes beyond to improve the Quality of everything we do at Osler. Whether providing exemplary patient care or engaging teammates this award recipient does so by taking pride in everything they do while also speaking up when actions are not aligned with our values. They work to create an environment that demonstrates a commitment to provide safe and high-quality care to all, each and every time and also seek to improve how we do things every day.

Who can be nominated? All Staff, Clinicians and Volunteers
Award: Plaque + Monetary $500.00
