The Award of Excellence in Clinical Leadership will be awarded to a professional practitioner who models and enhances the image of professional practice by demonstrating professional practice leadership in their workplace. This professional practitioner influences positive change and outcomes for the betterment of patients, families and interprofessional colleagues within and beyond Osler. They display outstanding abilities in professional leadership and actively participate in the advancement of professional practice and demonstrate excellence in leadership by showing initiative in areas of research, best practice and innovation.
Requirements
Who can be nominated? Professional Practitioner in a Staff Position
Professional Practice Awards are applicable to all Allied Health Professionals. Examples include but are not
limited to Medical Lab Assistants, Pharmacists, Recreation Therapists, etc.
Award: Plaque + Monetary $600.00
