The Award of Excellence in Mentoring/Coaching/Teaching will be awarded to a clinician who exhibits excellence in mentoring, coaching and teaching. This clinician demonstrates success in inspiring those learning from them to grow in their professional identity and a commitment to lifelong learning using creative, dynamic, and interactive methods. Whether contributing to the growth and development of students, novice practitioners or interprofessional colleagues with their expertise and evidenced-based practice, the recipient of the Mentoring/Coaching/Teaching embodies everything that Osler supports with regard to staff development and knowledge translation that drives knowledge to practice.
Requirements
Who can be nominated? All Clinicians
The Clinician Awards are applicable to any regulated professional working in clinical setting including Physicians, Dentists, Midwives, Nurses, and Professional Practitioners.
