Description
The Kay Blair Community Service Award is awarded each year by Osler's Board of Directors to an individual or group of individuals who demonstrate their commitment and dedication to serving the needs of Osler's community. Through their ability to deliver compassion, kindness and understanding, the individual(s) can demonstrate how they have positively influenced change for the betterment of patients, families and colleagues within and beyond Osler.
Requirements
Who can be nominated? Staff, Volunteers, Physicians, Midwives and Dentists
Award: Plaque + Monetary $500.00
